Terms and Conditions
– Cancellation policy
Refund requests must be submitted by e-mail to registration@energy-informatics2021.org on or before 03 September 2021.
A 40,00 EUR cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. We cannot accept refund requests after 03 September 2021.
Instead of cancellation, participants may name a replacement participant via email to the organizer.

– Cancellation of the conference
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, the conference organizers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred.
Under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future conference, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
– Modification of the program
The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program. No refunds can be granted in case of cancellation of speakers, internet bandwidth limitation, unavailability of communication tools, or any other incidents during the conference which are beyond the control of the conference organizers.
– Photographs
The organizer may use and release photographs / screenshots taken of the participants and/or their works during the conference for reporting on the conference and announcement of future events. For further details please, see our privacy policy.
If you do not agree, please inform our staff via e-mail or chat during the conference. The according measures will be taken there.
